Amputee & Prosthetic Physical Therapy
Preparation

Before Your Surgery.

Before surgery, we will prepare you by setting expectations about your symptoms and recovery, walking you through your care plan, providing home preparation advice, and exercising muscles essential to increasing your functionality after your operation.

Preparation before an amputation can help reduce your recovery time and simplify the process of improving your ability to perform everyday tasks. By actively participating in physical therapy, your chances of a quick recovery improve.

Finding Solutions For You

What We
Accomplish During Rehabilitation Therapy.

When we complete amputee and prosthetic physical therapy, we use exercises that improve your everyday functionality and prepare you for using prosthesis.

We’ll utilize exercises that desensitize, soften, and shrink the tissue to comfortably fit prosthesis while building your strength and balance to make navigating everyday tasks more manageable.

Simply put, we’re the fixers.

Whether we are the first physical therapists our patients have seen, or the last, our patients often feel relieved to have a professional that listens and works hard to find the root cause of pain. We’ve seen patients who have been misdiagnosed pre and even post-surgery as a result of miscommunication. We’re different because we help educate and empower our patients to advocate for themselves. We’re able to do this confident by being a part of their journey and spending the individualized time necessary to understand what is causing pain and restricting functionality.

If you’re interested in rehab, but prefer to pay without insurance, we offer simple and transparent cash prices.
